Anyone else dying for the new TV-season? With the writers strike and all it's been far too long since a decent television filled week... Thankfully there's finally new info being released to close the gap a bit between now and the new TV-season, like: Sylar spoilers for Heroes, which shows are renewed (yay for Gossip Girl, Reaper and Chuck -- though not so much yay for Moonlight, alas) and the basics on the new shows. The two I am currently most looking forward to (and everyone should watch :P) are Dollhouse and Fringe.

• Fringe is a new supernatural show from J.J. Abrams (who doesn't need an introduction *cough* LOST *cough*) with Joshua Jackson (<3) and John Noble (Lord of the Rings). "Fringe is a fantastical thriller about an FBI-agent, an institutionalized scientist and his enstranged son. An unlikely trio who uncover a deadly mystery involving a series of unbelievable events and realize they may be a part of a larger, more disturbing pattern that blurs the line between science fiction and technology."

• Dollhouse is the new Joss Whedon (Buffy, Angel, Firefly) series with Eliza Dushku, Amy Acker and Tahmoh Penikett. "The show follows an organization that employs mind-wiped DNA-altered humans known as Dolls who are implanted with false memories and skills for various missions and tasks. When they are not 'at work' they are living in a real life Dollhouse which gives the show the name. One of those mind-wiped humans, a young woman named Echo, is slowly starting to become aware of herself and what's going on - all the while somebody on the outside is trying to bring the Dollhouse down while getting closer to Echo - possibly not aware that she is one of the Dolls he is after."
